2013 Chevrolet Malibu SEDAN 4-DR, 2.4L L4 DOHC 16V. Vehicle will not start but was able to get the mileage. Piece of the bumper under the undercarriage is hanging. There may be additional scratches, decal residue, holes, or loose paneling not pictured, where company hardware has been removed. We do not have service records or an exhaustive list of potential issues with this vehicle. We can only observe and by no means offer a diagnosis.
