This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that this vehicle does not go in reverse, has transmission issues, dead battery and does not run or drive. We were able to start the vehicle on its own with out a jump, drive it around, but we can confirm that this vehicle does not go in reverse and has transmissions issues. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. . The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear such as scratching, minor denting, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has rat droppings, mold, stains, worn seats, scratching, debris, litter, and dirt/dust build up. The Boom lift looks to be in used condition with signs of being left out in the elements. Boom lift was not fully tested, but was able to be powered on. The cargo area comes with two metal cabinets and loose parts on the ground. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems fine and no spare tire was seen. <b>Please be aware that per <u>Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 :</u> "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
