Any questions or concerns regarding features or their functionality should be conducted during a scheduled self-inspection. <b>OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE</b> : No Issues, Runs & Drives Motorhome <b>PROCESSING NOTES</b> : This vehicle was started and drove briefly during processing. Up for auction is a former emergency management and command/communication motorhome. Vehicle is equipped with a tow hitch, backup alarm, sink, toilet, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 2 awnings, generator, auto leveling system, backup camera, 2 slide outs, 2 exterior doors (1 with auto deploying steps), 2 projectors with screens, 17 overhead lights, antennas, and a surveillance camera mast. Leveling system, slide outs, awnings, generator, refrigerator, and most of the overhead lights work. 3 of the overhead lights do not work. Projectors, sink, toilet, microwave, coffee maker, and surveillance camera mast were not tested during processing. The house batteries are in poor shape, we had to have a jump box attached to run vehicle accessories. This vehicle does not have a shower. All dimensions are approximate. Interior : 6'7" high x 30'3" long overall, front area 14' long, rear area 9' long. Overall Exterior : 39'6 long x 8' 3" wide, 10'4" wide with mirrors x 12'6" high. GVWR : 22,000 lbs. GAWR Front : 7,500 lbs. GAWR Rear : 14,500 lbs. Engine hours: 547. Generator hours : 3053. <b>Please be aware that per <u>Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 :</u> "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.</b>
