Poor condition PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1996 Evergreen Mobile Co office trailer. Trailer was towed to our facility with a truck. Trailer is equipped with a side door, a/c unit, sink with water tank, counters, and cabinets. The keys and stairs are missing and not included. There are no other appliances. There is a 4" diameter hole in the roof where piping/ducting had been, it is not covered. Some of exterior paneling is loose, at the top on the rear of the trailer, and at the bottom on the right side of the trailer. All dimensions are approximate. Exterior of Box: 24'4" long x 8' wide x 8'4" high. Interior of Box : 23'6" long x 7'3" wide x 7' high. Trailer Overall, including tongue and exterior attachments. 29'3" long x 9'1" wide x 11'4" high. GVWR: Unknown. Ball Size : 2 5/16". Wheel chocks seen in photos are not included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
