OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : This trailer is road worthy but has been well lived-in over the last 25 years. Flooring and carpet need to be replaced and the interior needs to be deep cleaned. Repairs exceed value. PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2002 Holiday Rambler 26SKS Alumascape travel trailer. Trailer has a front bedroom area, middle kitchen, slide out dining room, bunk beds, and rear bathroom setup. The electric tongue jack works. None of the appliances or water systems have been tested. When pressing the switch for the slide out nothing happened, slide out did not move. We were unable to get the stairs to fold out. The propane tanks are missing and not included. Unit was transported to our facility with a pickup truck. All dimensions are approximate. Exterior of Box/Living Space : 24'7" long x 8' wide x 7' high. Trailer overall including tongue is 27'8" long x 8'6" wide x 10'8" high. Ball Hitch : 2 5/16". GVWR : 10,000 lbs. Axle each: 5080 lbs. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
