OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : TRAILER HAS BEEN PARKED AND UNUSED FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW EXPOSED TO ALL ELEMENTS. CONDITION OF TRAILER IS VERY POOR. PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2008 Skyline Nomad 228LTD travel trailer. Trailer has a front bedroom area, middle kitchen, dining room, bunk beds, and rear bathroom setup. None of the appliances or water systems have been tested. Floor is soft and in very poor shape in front of the closet and toilet. There may be other areas of the floor that are soft, we did not step on on every square inch of the floor. Trailer has been sitting for more than 3 years. The batteries and propane tanks are missing and not included. The decals on the exterior of the trailer are peeling. The right front stabilizer jack is bent. Unit was transported to our facility with a pickup truck. All dimensions are approximate. Exterior of Box/Living Space : 22' long x 8' wide x 7' high. Trailer overall including tongue is 26'9" long x 8'3" wide x 10' high (does not include roof mounted equipment). Ball Hitch : 2". GVWR : 6,440 lbs. Axle each: 2800 lbs. Dry Weight : 3,825 lbs. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
