The tank appeared to have some fuel remaining and a start was attempted as shown in the video. Operator error or fuel could be the reason for the starting failure. The underside currently has three pads which could not be photographed well. There are four additional pads. There was a fluid in the tank that appeared to be water and it was drained. Full functionality is not known. In person inspection is required for additional information. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
