This auction is for a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport Utility 4-Door equipped with a 3.7L V6 DOHC 24V engine. This vehicle was previously owned and operated by the Pueblo of Isleta, NM and is being sold as surplus. The engine starts and runs (see video). The vehicle was running at last use but currently has a valve train noise. The issue has not been diagnosed and may require repair. Due to sitting for approximately two years, the vehicle will likely need a jump start and/or a new battery. Additional mechanical issues may be present. Mileage: 139,560 (last known reading) The vehicle has been stored outdoors in desert conditions and shows visible wear from sun exposure. Paint fading, cosmetic wear, and heavy dust are present. The windshield is cracked. Tires may be low or flat. The interior shows wear consistent with age and use. Inspections are not allowed. This is located on tribal land where access is restricted.
