PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SELLER COLLECTS THEIR OWN PAYMENTS FROM WINNING BIDDERS. PAYMENT IS DUE in full NO LATER than 5 BUSINESS DAYS (7 CALENDAR DAYS) from the time and date of the close of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment are U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: City of Kingsport. PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MAILED OR SHIPPED TO: City of Kingsport, Attn: Mike Burnette, 200 Shelby St., Kingsport, TN 37660. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY. BIDDERS WHO CANNOT ADHERE TO THESE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE DEFAULTED. This auction is for 15 assorted bicycles. I know nothing about the bicycles nor do I know if they work properly. The items have been stored in the Kingsport Police Department’s property unit for more than 90 days. See pictures for condition. As-is auction. Bid at your own risk. No inspections have been conducted. Nothing regarding this lot of items is guaranteed or under warranty. I will not ship these items. The only acceptable payment methods are Cash, Certified Check, or Money Order. I will contact the winning bidder after the auction ends to arrange for pick up. DO NOT show up to get these items until I have contacted you and made arrangements for pick up.
