Includes hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic hoses, mast assembly, and large truss-style fence handling attachment frame. Designed for handling and positioning fencing materials. Condition of hydraulics and overall operation unknown. Unit shows surface rust, weathering, and outdoor storage wear.
