<li> This Truck does NOT run, and must be towed. NO MAINTENANCE IS ALLOWED ON OUR PREMISES.</li> <li>Vehicle Inspection Form is Attached</li> <li>Vehicle has been sitting for several years</li> <br>Inspections will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Monday to Thursday from 9am - 12pm. <b><u>ONLY.</b> </u> Please email surplus@roundrockisd.org to schedule. We do NOT schedule same day appointments.<br> <b>Pick-up must be made within 10 days of payment, and is by APPOINTMENT ONLY</b></br> You will be turned away if you do not adhere to these timelines. <br></br> <br>1. Vehicle Info sheet is a guide, and not a definite determination of condition of vehicle. This is the ONLY information we have. For more info, please schedule an appointment for inspection.</br> <br>2. All items must be picked up within the designated timeframe, or will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale.</br> <br>3. NO assistance will be provided to determine condition of vehicle, or upon pick-up.</br> <br>4. No maintenance or repair work of any type will be permitted on district property.</br> <br>5. All district tags and license plates have been removed. Temporary tags/plates will NOT be provided and are the responsibility of the buyer.</br> <br>6. Radios, cameras and any other specialty equipment previously added may be removed from the vehicle. </br> <br>7. We do have title to the vehicle, but it will NOT be available at pick-up. All titles will be sent via certified mail to the address on your account. Please allow 7 days after pick-up for mailing.</br> <br>8. Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the winning bidder of the vehicle. It is up to the buyer to have it titled otherwise after receipt.</br> <br>9. <b>No vehicle will be viewed or picked up outside the designated times. You will be turned away.</b> </br> <li> Any questions need to be emailed during regular business hours, 7 am to 5 pm cst no question will be answered after hours or on weekends. <br> <b>Buyer is responsible for removal and securing the load, but is not allowed to perform any work while on site. Assistance will be provided for the load out, and all applicable rules/procedures must be followed while on site. The site will need 48 hours&apos; notice before scheduling pick-up of the awarded item in order to facilitate scheduling at our facility.<br><b> Schedule Monday through Thursday and load outs should be scheduled between 8:00 AM ET and no later than 3:00 PM ET (lunch is 12:00PMto 12:30 PM) </br> <br> <b>Please note that the picture(s) may be part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable <br><b>representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended. <br><b>The buyer is expected to bring all necessary equipment (trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, dolly’s, tools, etc.) to safely load and remove the equipment.
