Description

60-inch, mechanically refrigerated four-pan mobile cold food serving counter. Capacity: Holds four full-size 12" x 20" food pans. Well Depth: Specialized Bloomington-style 9-7/16" extra-deep well. The liner is built out of fully welded 20-gauge watertight stainless steel. Refrigeration: Uses a 1/3 HP hermetic condensing unit running on R-134a refrigerant. Copper cooling coils are wrapped and bonded to the sides of the well jacket to block warm ambient ambient air zones. Electrical Requirements: Runs on 120 Volts / 60 Hz / 1-phase power, drawing 6.3 Amps via a factory-attached NEMA 5-15P plug. Plumbing System: Integrated 1" internal diameter bottom drain managed by a 3/4" FTP manual shut-off ball valve. The valve assembly is accessible on the operator's lower left side. Sold as is.
