The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to visible signs of prior use and cosmetic wear; however, it remains functional and suitable for a variety of storage applications. Visible wear is primarily present in the form of scratches and scuffs along the sides and shelving surfaces. Additionally, one (1) of the original metal shelves has been replaced with a wooden shelf. Despite this modification, the unit remains structurally usable for storage purposes. The shelving unit includes four (4) metal shelves, one (1) wooden replacement shelf, and the base shelf area, providing multiple levels of storage capacity.
