Condition: Good This lot consists of one (1) very large and heavy conference table. The item has been marked as being in good condition due to minimal visible wear and the absence of major damage or structural issues. Observed cosmetic wear is limited primarily to minor adhesive residue from previously applied tape and light scratches within the exterior protective finish layer that do not penetrate through the surface material. Overall, the table presents very well and appears to have seen relatively limited use. The table appears to be constructed from substantial solid wood sections and is believed to have been handmade by a university member, giving the piece a distinctive custom-built character and robust construction. The tabletop surface has been coated with a thick clear protective layer resembling epoxy or furniture sealing resin, intended to help protect the wood surface and enhance durability. One of the most unique features of this table is the large recessed center cavity integrated into the tabletop. This recessed area could be used for storage, presentation materials, decorative displays, cable management, collaborative workspaces, or conference accessories. The recessed center cavity measures approximately 77 inches in length. From the straight table edges, the distance from the table end to the beginning of the cavity is approximately 20 inches. From the rounded table ends, the distance from the end of the table to the beginning of the cavity is also approximately 20 inches. This table is exceptionally large and heavy.
