This unit is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. (Dimensions 6'.9 x 14'6 x 7'6) Unit Features: • Brand: Kolpak (UL Listed) • Dual evaporator fan assembly (double fan unit) • Unit is fully operational at time of listing • See photos for data plate and unit details IMPORTANT REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: ✔ All disassembly and removal MUST be completed by a qualified/licensed refrigeration technician. ✔ Winning bidder has 7 BUSINESS DAYS from close of auction to complete full disassembly and removal from the premises. ✔ Buyer is responsible for ALL costs associated with disconnection, refrigerant recovery (EPA Section 608 compliant), disassembly, and removal. ✔ No extensions will be granted. Failure to remove within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the item and/or additional fees. ✔ Buyer must coordinate site access with [jyobs@fairlawnschools.org] prior to removal.
