Up for auction is a Wells 16' Concession Trailer. This trailer was bought by the district in 1998 and has remained on our property since. Please see pictures and feel free to come and inspect. Tires have dry rot, and not safe for travel. This trailer needs to be towed on a flatbed to your location. **You will not be allowed to hook up and drive away unless you transfer the title and registration prior to pick up**** Inspections are from Monday thru Friday 8am to 3pm. Please Note: The only documentation that we have is a xerox copy of a duplicate certificate of origin. This trailer was never titled or registered as it sat on our property since 1998. The district can provide a certified letter of sale. Please make sure you are okay with only this documentation. This item is sold as is, where is.
