Purchaser must sign a Medical Device Statement of Intent located in the Additional Documents section and email to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The item will not be awarded to the bidder until the attached paperwork is completed and returned to the sales contracting officer. (1) Olympus video system and Sonosite ultrasound equipment. The equipment is classified in used condition. The lot includes multiple endoscopic and ultrasound components for medical imaging applications. Quantities are approximate. Key Features Includes (6) video systems for endoscopic procedures. Contains (5) Olympus light sources for illumination during medical procedures. Features (1) Stryker light source. Contains (2) Olympus irrigation pumps for fluid management. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment shows signs of previous medical facility use with some surface wear visible. Various identification labels and tags are present on the equipment. All equipment is sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees of functionality. Refunds and equipment exchanges are not available at pickup. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Facility hours are Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1500 (8AM to 3PM), closed on holidays and weekends. Receipt of purchase is required at time of pickup.
