Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The Medivator Scope Buddy Plus units are noted to be in usable condition. Deficiencies when known have been indicated in the item description. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by GSA in writing. Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies.
