Purchaser must sign a Medical Device Statement of Intent and a Hold Harmless Form located in the Additional Documents section and email to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov. The item will not be awarded to the bidder until the attached paperwork is completed and returned to the sales contracting officer. Overview (1) 2014 Ziehm Vision RFD C-Arm and (1) Stille table. The C-Arm was acquired in October 2014, and the Stille table was acquired in February 2022. The lot is classified in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Deficiencies when known have been indicated in the item description. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exist. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
