The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. The unit is designed for high throughput staining with the capability to process H&E and special stains simultaneously. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Viewing prior to bidding is highly recommended to assess current operational status. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items are to be loaded to the tailgate only. Vehicle must be able to accommodate a standard loading dock. All items must be removed within 10 calendar days of award.
