The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (2) North American Drager D-Vapor 3000 Vaporizers, (1) Welch Allyn Spot 420 Vital Signs Monitor, (1) GE Healthcare Carescape V100 Vital Signs Monitor, (1) Steris Innowave Unity Washing Machine, and (1) Pure Processing PureSteel Mobile Soaking Station. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. Quantities are estimated. Key Features North American Drager D-Vapor 3000 Vaporizers are anesthesia delivery devices. Welch Allyn Spot 420 Vital Signs Monitor provides patient monitoring capabilities. GE Healthcare Carescape V100 Vital Signs Monitor offers patient vital sign measurement. Steris Innowave Unity Washing Machine is designed for medical instrument cleaning. Pure Processing PureSteel Mobile Soaking Station provides instrument soaking capabilities. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items were listed as fair wear and tear at the time of turn in. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items must be picked up after winning bid within 10 days. Items are to be loaded to tailgate. Vehicle must be able to accommodate standard loading dock only. The bidder must show proof of ID upon arrival. If a party other than the winning bidder is picking up the items, the bidder must send confirmation email to Regina.Murph@VA.gov prior to arrival.
