Overview One lot estimated to consist of 30 pallets containing a total of 17,244 individual Military Meals Ready to Eat (MREs), with 25 pallets expiring in September 2026 and 5 pallets expiring in October 2026. The lot is classified in new condition. Key Features Total quantity includes 17,244 individual meals across 30 pallets. 29 pallets contain 48 cases each with 12 meals per case, totaling 576 meals per pallet. 1 pallet contains 45 cases with 12 meals per case, totaling 540 meals per pallet. Each pallet weighs approximately 1000 lbs with dimensions of L48" x W40" x H41". Products have been stored and handled under conditions consistent with good manufacturing practice regulations. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All meals have expiration dates of either September 2026 or October 2026. Items have been stored under conditions to protect against physical, chemical and microbial contamination as well as deterioration of the product and container. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
