Parts are missing, and repairs are required. No key is included and the lock will need to be replaced. Hose assembly is worn and torn. Corners could be dented from movement. There may be other missing items, damage, or required repairs that were not seen or noted during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location. Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form and a valid driver's license at the time of removal. No pets or firearms allowed on this site.
