Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. No key is included and the lock will need to be replaced. Hose assembly is worn and torn requiring replacement. Corners may be dented from movement and handling. Additional missing items, damage, or required repairs may exist that were not identified during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Viewing is online only and pickups are by appointment only Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2:30 PM, weather permitting. A 24-hour notice is required for pickups. Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location. Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form, and a valid driver's license at the time of removal. No pets or firearms allowed on this site.
