Overview This lot contains (3)-Twin XL mattresses. The mattresses measure 80 inches in length by 54 inches in width and remain wrapped in their original plastic packaging. The mattresses are classified in new condition. Key Features Mattresses feature a decorative floral pattern on the surface. Each mattress includes identification labels with part number FMNJUB4433F and ASTM F 1935 compliance marking. Dimensions are 80 inches length by 54 inches width, suitable for Twin XL bed frames. Condition & Markings All three mattresses remain in their original protective plastic wrapping. Some plastic wrapping shows minor tears and damage from handling and storage. Green identification stickers are visible on the plastic wrapping of each mattress. One mattress shows a small hole in the plastic wrapping on the side. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 3PM except for state holidays. If using a third party, the Bill of Lading must be sent to the facility.
