All shipping or transportation costs for this property are the responsibility of the recipient. There is no packing or shipping from this location. Pick up only. Pick up during normal dock hours (9:00A - 3:00P). Truck dimensions cannot exceed 12 ft high and 24 ft length. Pick-up truck, flat bed, or box truck only. No enclosed trailers or semis with flatbeds.
