Overview This lot contains (1) pallet of Kromekote Offset/Laser/Toner C/1S, White 1600 Sheets WT34 consisting of approximately 13 boxes. The lot is classified in new condition. All boxes appear to contain Kromekote Offset/Laser/Toner C/1S white paper, although other paper may be included. Key Features CTI Paper USA branded Kromekote paper suitable for offset, laser, and toner printing applications. C/1S (coated one side) white paper with 1600 sheets per box configuration. Paper is organized in individual boxes on a wooden pallet for convenient handling and storage. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The boxes display CTI Paper USA branding and product labeling. Some boxes show minor scuffing and handling marks on the exterior packaging. The wooden pallet shows normal warehouse wear with some staining on the surface. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted. Government issued or state issued ID is required as the building site is federal property. Due to recent legislation, all visitors must present a "Real ID" compliant license to be signed in on site. Only the person identified on the transfer order, or their agent identified in writing, will be allowed to pick up the property. The successful bidder will be required to take the entire pallet. Multiple loads or site visits may be necessary. Bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property.
