The items are classified in usable condition. All units turn on but have not been tested for all functions. The bidder will hold the United States harmless from and indemnify the United States against any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Buyers are required to take all items listed in the auction. Items can be shipped at the buyer's expense. Buyer is responsible for purchasing shipping labels and sending them to the selling agency.
