Overview (1) 2024 Timbercreek 14-F3 manufactured home. The unit is classified in repairable condition. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Furniture and mattresses are soiled and worn throughout the unit. Large and small stains and marks are present throughout the walls and flooring. Small nail holes are visible in bedroom walls. Siding by the entry door is cracked with some small nail holes present. Missing tongue jack handle and stand. Shows normal wear and tear consistent with use. Additional missing items, damages, or required repairs may exist that were not identified during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location. Those acquiring units are responsible for safe removal from the site and the property custodian will not assist in preparation or loading.
