Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Floor covering is torn with holes throughout the unit. Ceiling and walls show staining. Faucet is broken and vent is damaged. Siding is loose and light fixtures are damaged. Tow handle is missing. Tires may be flat or low. All furniture, refrigerator, and microwave are missing. No keys are included with the unit. There may be other missing items, damages, and required repairs that were not seen or noted during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. For safety reasons, this site requires that all manufactured housing units be pulled by a semi-truck. Pickup trucks may be used for travel trailers only. Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location. No pets or firearms allowed on this site. A 24-hour notice is required for pickups. Those acquiring units are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site. The property custodian will not assist in making any unit roadworthy. Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form, and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.
