Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Follet Lab Freezer is reported to work fine. Medical Technology Procedure Chair is reported to work fine. Medical Technology ENT Cart is missing 2-wheels on the bottom and cannot roll, but everything else is reported to work. Some furniture and equipment may require unknown repairs and may be missing parts. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The purchaser is responsible for packing, palletizing and removal of all furniture and equipment. Purchaser will need to bring all necessary equipment to load and remove items purchased.
