The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains (79) Philips medical equipment units including (27) MicroStream CO2 Extension units model M3015A, (19) Patient Monitor IntelliVue MP50 units, (11) Patient Monitor IntelliVue X2 units, and (22) Telemetry Transmitter IntelliVue MX40 units. The equipment is classified in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Some equipment may require unknown repairs and may be missing parts. All equipment is sold as is. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The purchaser is responsible for packing, palletizing and removal of all equipment. Purchaser will need to bring all necessary equipment to load and remove items purchased. This is a lot sale.
