Overview 1 lot of office furniture consisting of: (1) guest chair with sled base and black faux leather upholstery, (1) drafting table measuring 60" wide by 40" deep, (1) lateral file cabinet with 5 drawers measuring 42" wide by 17" deep in almond color, (2) bookshelves with 5 shelves each measuring 36" wide by 15" deep with plastic laminate finish, and (1) task chair with black fabric upholstery. (148LD760650007) usable Guest chair features sled base design with black faux leather upholstery. Drafting table provides large work surface measuring 60 inches by 40 inches. Lateral file cabinet includes locking mechanism with key and metal drawer pulls. Bookshelves feature plastic laminate construction with multiple shelf levels for storage. Task chair includes black fabric seating with adjustable height mechanism. Condition & Markings The lateral file cabinet shows normal wear consistent with office use and appears to be in functional condition with intact drawer mechanisms. The bookshelves display typical office wear with some items currently stored on the shelves that are not included in the sale. All furniture pieces show signs of previous use including minor surface wear and scuff marks. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. All appointments for inspection must be made in advance by phone. The items are located on the 9th floor of a building and the buying party is fully responsible for moving the furniture once sold.
