The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains: (5) complete STORZ tower units. (5) monitors for display and visualization. (3) endoscope, camera, and video equipment units. (14) Image1S Connect Units including TC200 and TC300 models. (3) Three AIDA, Stream, and video tower systems. (2) light sources with endoscopic instruments. (1) insufflator unit. (4) OR scales. (2) office carts Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. No additional attachments are included with the equipment. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Successful bidders are responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property from the exact location where the property is situated.
