Overview This lot contains (3) ThermaZone 003-99 Thermal Therapy Devices. The units are classified in used condition. All units are one year old and have never been used, remaining in their original boxes. Key Features Three mounting stands included with the devices. One stand includes hardware for mounting to a pole. All units remain in original packaging. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Units have never been used and are one year old. Items may have hidden defects or be in need of repair. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Purchaser must make arrangements to remove assets off VA Property within 10 business days of payment. Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 0800-1430 and closed on all Federal Holidays. Pick up must be coordinated 24 hours in advance. The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal.
