The unit displays camouflage paint scheme with visible weathering and surface rust. Tires are deteriorated and require replacement. Batteries are missing from the unit. The rear step/platform is bent and damaged. Control panel shows signs of corrosion and wear. Engine compartment is accessible with visible diesel engine components.
