NOTE: This sale for ammunition component (expended scrap ammunition) will be sold only to companies licensed to perform manufacturing/ remanufacturing processes under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 923, or other Federal law or regulation, or to companies allowed to purchase ammunition components under local and state laws. Bidders will be required to provide the appropriate license, if required, and also sign a statement of certification prior to finalizing the award contract. This license will be required from the successful bidder within 24 hrs. after the sale closes. This auction requires the high bidder to submit completed and signed certification(s) found in the "Documents" section and/or proof of licensing to the Sales Contracting Officer before the award is finalized.
