The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains (7) Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators. The ventilators are classified in usable condition. All units have been in storage and have not been used in the facility. The units will likely need to be in-serviced and have batteries replaced. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The ventilators have been stored and are unused by the facility. Battery replacement will be required. In-servicing will be needed before use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
