Overview This lot contains (1) collection of Medical Supplies including cleaning detergent, sputum collection kits, and splint materials. The items are classified in new/usable condition. The lot includes various quantities of different medical supply items with varying shelf life dates. Key Features Includes 4 one-gallon jugs of detergent system designed for cleaning medical instruments and devices. Contains 47 sputum collection kits with 50mL plastic sterile tubes. Features 3 boxes of 3-inch x 15-foot fiberglass splint material with padding and disposable white stock net cover. Detergent system suitable for manual or automatic dispensing and compatible with ultrasonic equipment. Detergent designed for use in STERIS automated washing equipment. Comes with MSDS sheet for the detergent system. Splint material has shelf life extending to 7/22/2027. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. This item contains hazardous material. The bidder will comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the United States harmless from indemnify the United States against any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased. No shelf life date shown for detergent jugs and sputum collection kits. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal.
