The unit has been stored outdoors for over 10 years, resulting in weathering and potential deterioration of components. Key Features The generator features a control panel with voltage meters, gauges, and operational controls. The unit includes ventilation grilles and access panels for maintenance. The generator is mounted on a skid base for portability. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The generator shows significant weathering from prolonged outdoor storage, with visible rust and corrosion on metal surfaces. The exterior housing displays fading and discoloration from sun exposure. The control panel shows signs of wear and weathering. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. In person inspection is highly recommended by appointment only. No loading assistance will be provided.
