Overview This lot contains approximately (70) used desktop printers including HP B/W M402, HP Color Jet Pro M452, Dell B/W B2360, Dell S2830, Lexmark MS312, and Lexmark CX310 models. The printers are classified in used condition. Some devices may need parts or repairs. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Some devices may need parts or repairs. Equipment is considered "as is" and no cleaning or repairs will be provided. Items are loose and not palletized or boxed. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Local Pick-Up Only: Agency will not ship. All inquiries, viewing and pick-up appointments must be coordinated with the listed point of contact. Government Site Requirements: This is a US Government site and Government issued ID is required. Packaging Requirements: You will need to bring your own method for packaging as items are not palletized or boxed. Loading Responsibility: USCIS and its contractors shall not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers during pickup and loading.
