This lot contains Pallet of Miscellaneous Medical Supplies collection. The lot is classified in used condition. The supplies include chemotherapy gowns in extra-large size, CPAP/BiPAP nasal masks with comfort gel and adjustable headgear, hypodermic needles, surgical sutures, and shaver blades. The items are stored in multiple cardboard boxes and packaging from various manufacturers. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Key Features Includes chemotherapy protection gowns in extra-large size. Contains CPAP/BiPAP nasal masks with comfort gel blue material and adjustable headgear. Features hypodermic needles with 18 gauge x 1.5 inch specifications, regular bevel, sterile, and regular wall construction. Includes Ethibond Excel sutures in green braided material, size 2-0, 30 inch length with needle. Contains straight shaver blades measuring 2.9mm. Items are packaged in original manufacturer boxes and sterile packaging. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items are stored in multiple cardboard boxes of varying sizes stacked on a pallet. Some boxes show visible wear and handling marks from storage. Individual medical supply packages appear to be in sealed sterile packaging. Various manufacturer labels and barcodes are visible on the packaging including reference numbers and expiration dates. Some boxes contain pink and white colored items visible through opened packaging. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Equipment to be picked up from the Phoenix VA (Building 26), Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 2PM. Facility will not assist with preparing, packing or transporting equipment.
