This lot contains (1 EA) Carl Zeiss CIRRUS 5000 HD OCT optical coherence tomographer. The unit is in used condition and shows visible wear and tear throughout. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Specifications Make: Carl Zeiss Model: CIRRUS 5000 HD OCT Equipment: Optical Coherence Tomographer Hard Drive Status: Removed Key Features Features integrated display monitor with adjustable positioning arm. Includes patient positioning system with chin rest and forehead support. Contains ventilation grilles on the rear housing for cooling. Equipped with multiple connection ports and cables for operation. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The unit powers on but has multiple functional issues including inability to capture images, save images, connect to network, or access patient worklist. Images cannot be processed through DICOM format. The hard drive has been removed from the system. Visible wear and surface scratches are present on the white plastic housing. Unit is sold as is with no warranty on functionality. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only.
