This lot contains (5 EA) Midmark 623 examination tables. The tables are in used condition and were removed due to lifecycle replacements. The tables feature beige upholstery, power height adjustment capabilities, and adjustable back sections with control panels. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. ADA compliant design for accessibility. Heated ultra premium comfort system. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The upholstery shows signs of wear and use consistent with medical equipment. All tables have manufacturer labels and patent number stickers visible. Some minor scuffing and wear marks are visible on the table surfaces and frames. The lot will not be separated and must be purchased together. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
