<p>The Town of Banff is offering for sale one used <strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2012 N-Viro Organic / Biosolid Recycling Equipment system</strong>. BioMixer, Grinder, Silos, Generator, Conveyor, and Auger included.</p><p>The first five photos provide a general overview of the equipment. The remaining photos provide additional detailed views. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos, and information provided before placing a bid.</p><p>The equipment is sold <strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">as is, where is. </strong></p><p>The N-Viro process blends food waste and biosolids with approximately 30–40% alkaline admixture, based on wet weight of biosolids. No building, structure, land, or other Town property is included.</p><p>The successful bidder is fully responsible, at its sole cost and risk, for all labour, supervision, tools, equipment, machinery, vehicles, permits, approvals, dismantling, disconnection, packing, loading, hauling, transportation, site clean-up, and removal of the designated equipment.</p><p>The Town will <strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">not</strong> provide labour, tools, machinery, lifting equipment, loading assistance, transportation, or dismantling support.</p><p>Only bidders with the proper expertise, equipment, staffing, insurance, and ability to safely dismantle, load, transport, and remove industrial equipment of this nature should place a bid.</p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Mandatory Requirements Before Removal</strong></p><p>Before any removal work may begin, the successful bidder must provide documentation acceptable to the Town, including:</p><ul><li>Proof of current insurance, including Commercial General Liability insurance</li><li>WCB clearance or equivalent worker coverage, if applicable</li><li>A proposed removal plan and schedule</li><li>Evidence of appropriate equipment, personnel, and expertise to safely complete the work</li><li>Any other safety or site access documentation reasonably required by the Town</li></ul><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">All dismantling and removal work must be scheduled in advance and approved by the Town. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable legislation, codes, regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and Town site requirements.</strong></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The successful bidder is responsible for any damage caused during removal and must leave the site in a safe, clean, and acceptable condition.</strong></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Do not bid unless you have the required expertise, labour, equipment, insurance, and ability to safely dismantle, load, transport, and remove the designated equipment.</strong></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Failure to provide acceptable documentation or complete removal as required may result in cancellation of the sale.</strong></p>
