It also includes an exterior door and </p><p>window, exterior wood and vinyl siding, metal soffits and fascia, shingles and roof vent.</p><p>The height is approx. 9 feet from the ground to the top of the roof line.</p><p>Can be used as a garden shed, outdoor housing for pets, as a chicken coop, and more.</p><p>Comparable item retail value would be in the $4000.00 - $5000.00 range - make this yours today for LESS than the cost of materials used!</p><p>NOTE: must follow the road weight and height conditions in transport.
