One or more items may require unknown repairs or cleaning. They may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware. - Pick-up is by appointment only between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. - Please reach out to the following contact for any inquiries and to arrange the pick-up and viewing: - Sara-Hamida Hachki - 343-549-6406 - shachki@cmhc-schl.gc.ca - The loading dock entrance is off Den Haag Dr., buzz security for entry and follow signage for C building loading dock. - The loading dock can accommodate a truck with a maximum height of 14 feet. - Vehicles equipped with studded tires are not permitted in the indoor parking area - A freight elevator will be made available to the buyer during the pick-up. The buyer must bring all necessary equipment and vehicle for the pick-up in a single load. Minimum 2 people required. The lot needs to be pushed up a ramp and loaded by the buyer. - The client department loading dock does not extend to the ground, so the buyer must come with a truck of the appropriate height. - The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the personnel and tools required to transport the lot are available.
