<p><strong>JMAR / MAKO SCBA Compressor & Fill Station with 4-Bank Cascade System — 2216 PSI</strong></p><p>For sale is a complete former fire department SCBA breathing-air fill system from the Greater Madawaska Fire Department. The unit is being removed from service because the department has upgraded to a newer 4500 PSI compressor and fill system.</p><p>The package includes a JMAR Engineering high-pressure compressor, MAKO two-cylinder containment/fill station, four-bank cascade control panel, and four high-pressure storage cylinders. Each storage cylinder corresponds with one of the four banks on the control panel.</p><p>The compressor is a 1979 JMAR unit with a 5 HP, 240V single-phase, 60 Hz motor operating at 1750 RPM. The compressor is rated to 3000 PSI and was used for filling 2216 PSI SCBA cylinders. It was rebuilt/overhauled in 2022.</p><p>Also included are the Lawrence Factor filtration system, individual bank gauges and controls, bottle and outlet pressure gauges, start/stop control panel with hour meter, and the associated hoses, valves and components shown in the photos.</p><p>The system remained in active fire department use and received annual breathing-air testing and inspection up to March 2026.</p><p>Sold as-is, where-is. The purchaser is responsible for any inspection, servicing, breathing-air testing, hydrostatic testing and certification required before placing the equipment back into service.
