The buyer will need to hire the appropriate technician to remove the item. GCSurplus/NRC provides no warranties regarding the structural integrity of the equipment during the removal process. - The buyer’s removal team must strictly adhere to all applicable WCB regulations. - The buyer is responsible for any damage caused to NRC real property during the extraction of the equipment. Any such damage must be repaired to its original state at the buyer's expense. - The buyer’s removing party is responsible for the containment, hazardous material handling, and lawful disposal of any fluids or materials disrupted or extracted during the dismantling process. - The buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GCSurplus, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, demands, actions, or expenses arising out of personal injury or property damage sustained during or as a result of the removal of the equipment. - The buyer is responsible for bringing their own movers, tools, packing supplies, straps and accessories required to prepare the items for the pick-up and for arranging the pick-up. - Viewing is highly recommended and is by appointment only and buyers will need to be escorted by designated site personnel.
