Scrap Metal - This lot consists of a A-Frame Slab Transport Rack - Dimensions: 84'' x 31'' x 65''H - Unknown brand Important information: - This metal piece is heavy-duty equipment used to move and store large items. It has no wheels and is heavy, making it challenging to take out of the building. Moving it will require going through a ramp in the basement, an elevator, and another ramp in the loading dock. - This item is used and being sold in as-is condition. It may require unknown repairs or cleaning. It may also have superficial damages or be missing parts, accessories and hardware. Pickup Instructions : - Pickup is by appointment only, available between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM. - The loading dock entrance is off Den Haag Drive in Ottawa, ring the bell to contact security for entry and follow signage for C Building Loading Dock. - The loading dock can accommodate a truck with a maximum height of 14 feet. - Dock leveler available at bay 2. - Vehicles equipped with studded tires are not permitted in the indoor parking area. - A freight elevator will be made available to the buyer during pickup. - Item needs to be pushed up a ramp and loaded by the buyer, no external help from the client department will be provided. Important Notes for Pickup: - Dimensions of the ramp in the basement: 21 feet long, 4 feet wide, and an incline of +/- 20 degrees. - Dimensions of the ramp in the loading dock: 7 feet wide, 4 feet at normal height, and 3 feet after lowering the loading dock slope. - Note that the loading dock does not extend to the ground, as such, the buyer's vehicle must be of the appropriate height.
